Jam & Buttered Toast Cookie
Inspired by the viral recipe from cookie creator Lungi (@lungiisalwaysbaking), we had to put our own bakery spin on this one. 🍓🍞🍪
Made with our house-made sourdough, toasted and buttered before being turned into crispy toast flakes, then folded into our rich brown butter cookie dough with creamy white chocolate and ribbons of raspberry jam.
Think buttered toast with raspberry jam, transformed into a cookie which is crisp, chewy, gooey and wonderfully nostalgic.
